Abstracts

Abstract submission deadline: February 20.

Online abstract submission is available for registered participants!. To submit your abstract use your user name and password to login to the registration system and click on “Abstract Sumission”.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  1. Abstracts must be submitted before February 20
    The Committee will be also responsible for acceptance and classification of the communications submitted.
  2. Technical Secretariat will notify the authors scientific committee's decision day on which their communication is scheduled to be presented.
  3. The Technical Secretariat also will notify to the authors the type of communication chosen for his presentation. Free communications will be able to be presented of oral form or poster (depending on the valuation of the committee)
  4. All abstracts will be registered with an identification number which must be used for any question.
  5. Presenter must be registered in the meeting.
  6. Language: Papers and posters must be presented in English

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE ABSTRACT

  1. First of all, presenter must be registered in the meeting
  2. Authors: Initial followed by family name. Any author separated by a semicolon.
  3. Title: In CAPITAL letters. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
  4. Avoid boldfacing, italics and underlining in the text. Use only standard abbreviations.
  5. Contents: The abstract must have the following sections: objectives, methods, results and conclusions.
  6. The abstract will have a maximum of 300 words.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

  1. Poster presenters have one side of a poster board, poster size: 120 x 90 cm (vertical position).
  2. Diagrams and text should be large enough to be read from a distance of at least one meter.
  3. Position title and authors at the top of the poster, as stated on the submitted abstract.
